Shipping and Returns
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receipt. Please email me through "contact" form to request a return or refund.
Please make sure to wrap items carefully for shipping, any item damaged in shipping will not be accepted for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and packages must be postmarked within the 10 day return window. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
If you have received any items that were damaged in transit please reach out to us as soon as possible with detailed photos. Damages must be reported within 3 days after delivery to be eligible for refund or replacement.
If you wish to return your purchase, I will gladly issue a refund, store credit or exchange within 10 days of delivery for items that are returned in new, unused condition in their original package, with a copy of your receipt. I reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these conditions.
